We purchased our home a year ago. Our realtor was wonderful but I have to give kudos to Jonathan Hyatt. He was the Sellers realtor but he always went above and beyond when I had a question or concern. I have dealt with realtors in the past but never one like Mr. Hyatt. Our situation was pretty unique. Jason was able to help us sell a house even though I was living on the West Coast while my wife was still working in Alabama. Regardless of that we were able to all stay on the same page and he was flexible with text messages and phone calls dealing with a 2 hour time difference. When we 1st spoke on the phone I asked him what their game plan would be with marketing and such he was very direct and outlined the path to selling the house. I believe their approach is what got us sold within 6 weeks of listing.

My wife contacted Jonathan to help us sell our house in Springville. First - it is a very "unique" property that was going to take a very special buyer. I strongly recommend this company! We were living in a home that was very hard to sell. We had it on the market with another company for a year and nothing!
